Area of expertise: Team Manager, Race Engineer, Mechanic.

Background: Qualified to Masters Degree level in Mechanical Engineering.

Has worked with Alistair and Chris for many years at Club, National and International championship level (in Junior Max, Formula A and laterly KF2) and prior to that assisted James Mills winning the Super 1 100 national class.

Andrew has also worked for many drivers in classes from Cadet to Senior Rotax Max and has experience at all levels up to European Formula A and World KF2.

Has mechaniced for works BRM team at European Championships in 2006 and ran Chris Brown successfully at European KF2 finals in 2007 at Salbris qualifying 3rd and finishing 2nd in pre-final.

Also worked for Tony Kart Junior factory team in 2008 with Chris finishing 6th in European Championship, 6th Margutti Trophy and qualifying for World finals.

Succesfully managed Velocity Minimax drivers and race engineered several race victories including Kartmasters and S1 round wins finished 2nd, 3rd 4th and 12th in championship.

Details: Andrew will be responsible for organizing the teams race/testing program and technical direction on chassis set up. Will be available as a mechanic but will assist all members as a roving race engineer, currently in charge of teams Minmax operations.

Area of expertise: Team Technical Expert, Carburettor Specialist.

Background: Qualified Engineer with considerable experience, 2 Stroke engine specialist.

Alistair has many years of experience across all classes at championship level and has experience in many other forms of Motorsport including world championship Top Fuel drag racing.

Details: Alistair will be available as the team's engine specialist and will endeavour to assist all team drivers with both technical and driving assistance with the primary aim of making our drivers quick. Alistair will be responsible for organisation of the team's spare parts requirements and will act as the senior member of the team.

Area of expertise: Driver Tuition, Race-Craft, Kart Set up

Background: Formula A and Top European KF2 Driver

Previously Junior Rotax Masters champion finished 8th in 2006 Super 1 MSA Formula A championship. 8th in 2008 KF2 Super 1 championship, 6th CIK FIA European Championship for KF2. Started in 100's when aged 12 now has considerable racing experience at all levels. Many wins at championship and club level and experience at European Formula A level has won races at European championship level in KF2. Dramatically raced from 33rd on grid to finish 6th at European KF2 Championship 2008 held in Braga portugal.

Details: Chris will specialize in driver tuition and will also be available as a team mechanic.
